Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hailed his sides performance against Manchester City and believes it was “complete”.
Arsene Wenger’s side won their second trophy in 85 days, after beating Manchester City 3-0 in the FA Community Shield on Sunday. Their comfortable win over the Premier League champions has left the Arsenal fans purring at what could be continued success, after they won the FA Cup in May.
A particular highlight of the clubs win was their majestic showing, completing outclassing the Citizens from the get go.
Ray Parlour insists the Gunners should not get carried away, but Wenger hailed his outfits showing against City at Wembley and admits his troops did well in the second-half after racing into a 2-0 half-time lead.
